Chris Sandford from Glasgow originally, has worked in many fine dining restaurants and hotels in Scotland, Canada, Ireland and Japan. Chris has cooked for James Caan, Paul Newman, Aidan Quinn and a host of celebrities. Chris has also cooked for Royalty from all around the world including the Royal family.   

With a sharp wit and passion for what he does, Chris has gone from strength to strength, writing  and appearing on national TV.  He is the resident chef for the City Channel and also writes for some of the top magazines in the country.  You can catch him on Sunshine Radio every Saturday on the Weekend Café with Stevie Bolger.

Since his sell out show, “One Chicken Six Dishes”  Chris has appeared in and around Ireland promoting his cookery school and his unique One Chef Six Students where Chris comes to your home and cooks a selection of dishes of your choice from around the world.  Be warned there is audience participation and great fun to be had.
