“Our Generations Most Important Band”

Arctic Monkeys are an English alternative rock band from High Green, Sheffield. Formed in 2002, the band currently consists of Alex Turner, Jamie Cook, Nick O'Malley and Matt Helders.

Arctic Monkeys achieved chart success with their second single, "I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor", which reached number one in the UK Singles Chart. Their debut album Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not, released in January 2006, became the fastest-selling debut album in British music history. It received critical acclaim, winning both the 2006 Mercury Prize and the 2007 BRIT Award for Best British Album.

Since then Arctic Monkeys have released three more studio albums including, Favourite Worst Nightmare, Humbug and Suck It And See. All of which reached number one in the UK album charts.

Favourite Worst Nightmare are an Arctic Monkeys tribute band playing songs from all of their four studio albums & more. Consisting of the exact same line-up, their sound and presence on stage mimics that of the Arctic Monkeys.

Demand for this innovative band has increased over the years due to the success of their four studio albums. Favourite Worst Nightmare can fulfil that demand by making their audiences feel like they are back in Sheffield when the boys played in The Grapes pub back in 2003.

Favourite Worst Nightmare are beginning to make a name for themselves and with a set of over 40 songs to choose from, they are becoming one of the hottest tribute bands out there.
